EBS 12.1.3 iSupplier issues when submitting Bids

For the last couple of weeks random Suppliers are receiving the Error: ORA-01476 divisor is equal to zero and are unable to submit their bids successfully. Some of these Suppliers have even submitted historically. I have entered a SR to Oracle. Has anyone else had this same issue? It is affecting a busy time in our bid process.
