Oracle HCM MSS Manager Delegation

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has information regarding how the delegation works in Oracle HCM for MSS. Can a manager allow delegations to be setup to other managers that are not in their chain of command (their direct and indirect reports)?
