SQL error at 9.2 Project department page

Please provide a fix for the SQL error at 9.2 Project department page.

People Tools 8.57.16

The issue exist in demo site.

Error description :

Main Menu>Grants>Awards >Project> Project department

Page name : 'GM_PROJECT_DEPT'

Error occurs when trying to add a row to the Department Info grid and then click Save. Seems like the reason for SQL error is the sub page 'PC_GEN_TMPL_SBP' is on a scroll level 2 with dynamic record 'PC_TMPLGBOX_DVW'. It is trying insert data into the dynamic table. In comparison with 9.1 the sub page 'PC_GEN_TMPL_SBP' is on scroll level 0.
