Ringback tone trigger does not revert to original audio channel on WEST side

AP3900 (now running on 8.4 patch 5A)

Encountered an issue where custom announcement is played to both call directions on connection establishement (200 OK).

Call is done PBX1 -> SBC -> PBX2 and routed via LRT table in local-policy.


EAST side hears the message and when it is finished, switches to normal 2-way audio communication.

WEST side hears the message and after that can only send, not receive audio (1-way communication).

in sipd.log we see:

MediaSession::stopWestRBT west rbt is not stopped because: west rbt codec is not set west rbt flow id: 0



Note: result is always the same, WEST side connection has 1-way audio, even in scenario PBX2 -> SBC -> PBX1, or PBX3 -> SBC -> PBX1 etc so we can possibly rule out differences in configuration, as EAST always gets 2-way audio and WEST never gets it.
