Performance Management (EBS)

in Performance - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm trying to create Plan for one year and appraisal will start from 15/12/2021 to 31/12/21

and in case of termination of employee during the year before appraisal start date I want to open appraisal for that employee so I can evaluate him before leaving.

I tried to use this option form (Appraisal Template) as below but its working


Any advise
