The OEM 13C to add its capabilities for DB Management we have to add Licences packages like Oracle Diagnostics Pack and Tuning Pack.. we wanted to know how is it charged from oracle once we agree to the license. 

Can someone please help understand how these Licences packages of OEM will be charged and at what price.
