Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to configure FDA ?

Hi,

I want to configure the FDA mechanism in my current client.

Where the SMS/ notification will first attempt to deliver through MSC/MAP if failed then it will submit the message to SMSC/SMPP.

Please help to provide the configuration for the same as I know same can be done as I have checked it other customer as well.
