Kit item base price in sales order

Hello,

While creating sales order for Kit item, it calculating base price by summing up all the component base price from F4106, even though kit parent has defined base price in F4106.

Eg: Kit parent base price = $50 and it has two components. Component 1 base price is $40 and component2 base price is $30. In sales order, base price for kit parent is $70 not $50.

Could you please let us know why it is calculating in this way?
