Oracle Cloud: How to create LOV for RMA Reason under Supply Chain Execution Module

I am trying to create List of Values for RMA Reasons under the Supply Chain Execution Module. List of Values is already selected in the Display Type Field under Manage Receiving Descriptive Flexfields. I just need to know how to add LOV to that field.
