Hi

I am planning to install a fresh 19c oracle S/W then patch it with RU 19.10.0.0 (latest - 1) BEFORE creating my databases.

(1) With this in mind , am I right to assume I do NOT need to apply datapatch as there is no database?

(2)After patching I plan to create two databases using dbca. Am I right that I still do NOT need to apply datapatch after the databases are created as dbca will apply changes automatically during creation of the database?
