Is there a way to restrict displaying grades to students?

We need to lock down access to grades to students before final grades are posted. We currently use a role query to only allow access to grade pages in Campus Solutions during a specific period of time. The role has permission lists to all the pages that an active student would have access to. They would have access to the grades most of the year except for a few days each term for grade review before final grades are posted. The query criteria is updated with a small date range for the access role to be excluded from the student's profile.  Does someone have a
