Exadata Re-imagine-it's keeps scanning USB for long time

Hi I've just started reimaging Exadata x7-2 and the image version is 20.1.3.0, I am using a USB to image, patch number is 31819308 and 31970366 Cell and Compute

During the bootup it stared scanning USB ports and its been at it for more then 6 hours as it has gone up to Device 27. Please see the attachment.

Have any of you see this behaviour?

Is this normal?
