How to enable List Price and Market Price Fields in Buyer Work Centre Oracle Purchasing 12.1.3

Dear Team,

In core Purchasing form on PO Entry lines, there is a Reference Tab where we can enter List Price and Market Price against each PO Line.

How can we enable these two fields in Buyer Work Center. Do we need to enable personalization for this? How.

Please advise.
