No data in set_name column the table eam_failure_set, after creating set from application

I am creating failure set from the Maintenance super responsibility and the failure set is created.

Also at the same time data is also inserted into the base table eam_failure_sets, but the set_name field is blank in the base table, whereas when i qeury from the application there is no issue, i can view the failure set.

Could you please help, why the data in base table is null for 'set' name column.

We are using version 12.2.9
