Basis of Grade Range in Sales Order Detail

Hello, what is the basis of From Grade and Thru grade values that get populated in sales order entry (F4211.FRGD & F4211.THGD) ?

Is it based on Grade and Potency preference profile for that SKU-customer (F40308.FRGD & F40308.THGD) or is it based on the item branch set up (F4102.FRGD & F4102.THGD) for that SKU- branch?
