Orchestration Time setting

When Orchestrator Studio (Software Component Version EnterpriseOne Application Interface Services Server 9.2.4.1_POC 03-16-2021_02_07) is used to create a new orchestration, it is listed with a date and time in the Orchestrations list. The time used is 1 hour earlier than the time on the server. Below is an example 'Test Orch' created at 16:42:04 but showing 15:42:04. I have also shown the clock bottom right to show the time on the client I used. Using Weblogic Server 12c version 12.2.1.3.0.

How can I resolve this?
