Records not found in wip_period_balances ,releasing using interface

in Discrete Manufacturing - EBS (MOSC) Question

I am trying to release a work order using wip_job_schedule_interface, even job is getting released but job is not getting inserted into wip_period_balances which gives me error while completion of job.

This is happening for one inv org while others are working fine.

Request you to pl revert
