Not able to see 'Resolve exceptions' to clear exceptions occurring in shipping transactions form
In the shipping exceptions form since the user has changed the scheduled ship date exceptions are occuring at line level. When trying to access 'Tools>Resolve exceptions' from the form, the option is greyed out.Can anyone please let me know what is the issue because of which i am not able to access the resolve exceptions form from shipping transactions?
