Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Sales Order Dates and Posting.

An order was put on hold at status 900 in February 2021 due to a pricing issue.

That hold did not get resolved until this month. (May 2021)

It is now at status 600 awaiting the invoice journal.

The date of the invoice is in February 2021

Since it was shipped and invoiced in February, the journal won't post to a closed month. Is my analysis correct?

If so, how do we get it to post?
