Upgrading Hyperion EPM 11.1.2.3 -> 11.1.2.4 ->11.2

Kindly advice on below:
We have EPM 11.1.2.3.500 in place and we are planning for an upgrade to 11.2 through 11.1.2.4.
So, there will be two phases:
Phase 1 : EPM 11.1.2.3.500 to EPM 11.1.2.4.0 (In-Place Upgrade/Maintenance Release))
Phase 2: EPM 11.1.2.4.xxx to EPM 11.2 (Out-Of-Place Upgrade)
What I want to understand here:
- How to get 11.1.2.4 from Oracle e-delivery as it does not show this version anymore
- After reaching to 11.1.2.4 what all patches would be required in order to reach to a stable system (how to identify must have PSU from the list of so many...)
- Is it mandate to reach to 11.1.2.4.700/900 before the actual migration of artifacts to EPM 11.2
