Oracle Cloud Always Free ATP database is missing because it does not exist in my tenancy

Product: Always Free ATP database

DB version: Oracle 19c

Region: Germany Central (Frankfurt)

Problem Summary: My Always Free ATP database has gone missing from my tenancy after reboot.

About 2 hours ago I tried to access my APEX application and database service. Instead of the resource, I got error 404 from Oracle REST Data Service.

At my Oracle Cloud account, the database's state was displayed as "Available". Service Console was inaccessible and Performance Hub gave an error.


I tried to resolve the problem by rebooting the instance but it didn't help. Now its state is "Available Needs Attention" and it is displayed, that
