Need instruction on how to download or format Excel file for Item Import

I need to change the expense account from a value to null on 6700 records. Doc ID 1965861.1 gives instruction using Item Import for this purpose, but does not include any instruction regarding the file format and structure.

Can someone please tell me whether I can download a template for this from EBS or what are the requirements, column order, column title conventions, for a self-built Excel or csv file?
