Oracle Minicluster factory reset failed

in Oracle SuperCluster (MOSC)

To fix some bugs in our Oracle minicluster S7-2 oracle support team recommanded us to make a factory reset and implement MCMU 1.4.0.

When installing Patch 32230037: Oracle MiniCluster S7-2 - MiniCluster Core Software 1.4.0

 we got error below:
