How do you calculate a column on APEX Interactive GRID that is Display Only?

How do you calculate a column on the Interactive GRID that is Display Only? I have a table that contains 3 columns: Quantity, Cost and Total Cost.  The Total Cost on the Interactive GRID is display only. Whenever the user changes the Quantity and/or Cost the Total Cost is automatically recalculated.

We are on APEX 21
