Account member formula taking instance of scenario formula

Dear Friends ,

In PBCS i have Scenario formula and account formula , but my formal always taking account formula not scenario formula , i need scenario member formula to execute .

Currently its working below behavior

Expected results like below


Can some one suggest solution for the same
