Modifers: freight cost to charge convertion.

During Ship Confirm Freight Costs are entered. Modifier Appication Method what should be choosen to transalae freight cost entered 1 to 1 convertion.

   1 Delivery  1 Sales Order   1 Line 1 Invoice   Freight Cost  gets applied . 

   1 Delivery  Mutlple say 3 Sales Orders  3 Line  3 Invoice   Freight Cost  gets applied at delivery header level . then How Freight Cost distributed if the Application method is Lumsump.  Since multiple orders are involved do we need to enter the freight cost at the delivery detail line level. If we want 1: 1 Freight Cost to Charge convertion what should be application method setup for the Modifier. Please advise.

Can you please upload and share some examples. Please let me know if you can help.
