RD Jobs View and Download PDF

Hi,

We are at release update 5. we have configured Virtual Host in PD. We are able to download and view all the jobs in WSJ in Non -prod, but in PD where virtual Host, I am able to download jobs without RD. with RD jobs not able to view. it is opening another to view the RD jobs.

So do not why this? Can you please help to do the setting in PD to all the jobs in WSJ single window only where configured Virtual host?
