UPGRADE 21.4 production Mode Problem

Hi team,

Recently we performed a fresh installation in order to migrate a Siebel 8.1.1.14 database with a 20.12 migrated repository on development envinronment (from 8.1.1.14 also).

This upgrade acoording to guide dont need a merge, then we launch a upgrep+upghys to complete the upgrade in order to create a preproduction envinroment.

The summary log shows everything is ok, but when we checked the RR tables we found some of then are empty despite of repp.log shows these tables has been imported with rows correctly. These are the affected tables:

S_RR_APPLET

S_RR_BITMAP_CAT

S_RR_CLASS

S_RR_COMMAND
