SQLNET ENCRYPTION Strategy

Hi,

I am testing sqlnet encryption and i am asking for a simple question: Is there any use in entering the parameters of SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_CLIENT on server side: I think that both database links and any action directly on the server (with sql plus or other tools like oem and so on) requires it? 

what do you think about it ? 

my strategy is to put SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_CLIENT = requested and SQLNET.ENCRYPTION_SERVER = accpeted to avoid blocking or chain impact for these parameterization
