Qty breaks price setup not working properly in P4310

Hi,

I created the Supplier catalogue price based on Qty

<2000 Qty Price is 9500 ,>2000 Qty price is 9000

At the time Order creation , selected Catalogue from From menu

if i entered the Qty 1000 in second line ,system will pick up the 9000 unit price instead of 9500

Can anyone help me to anything missing in the setups
