How Unifier users can ‘withdraw’ a workflow as EBS currently operates

Our user has requirement is to withdraw a workflow like Buyer sends document into workflow and user want changes then Project Admin can withdraw workflow like EBS has functionality (It shoud back to originator).Our EBS users are asking why the originator of the workflow cannot unilaterally pull the workflow back to resubmit it.
