OCONUS Process

Has anyone been able to implement the Oconus process successfully?

We had some questions on how the US locations in the OCONUS file, like Alaska and Hawaii. Are the US locations being separated from the other international locations using different expense types, or are they all under one expense type? 

How are the different dates handled in the OCONUS file? We use the CONUS load process, and it works for us there, but there’s only one date throughout the file, and it's uploaded yearly.

Any information that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated?
