How does a bidder indicate a line item such as installation fee is "no charge"

Question for the community. How do suppliers/bidders indicate a line item is "free" or "no charge" when bidding on an event? For example, we post an event for product and installation. When the bidder responds, they give us a price for the product, but the installation is included. Currently, they must click "no bid" on the line item.

If all bidders select "no bid" on installation, that line never gets sourced to the PO, etc.
