Oracle ETRM

We are on 12.2. At one time, I could access the ETRM on-line but it has disappeared and I was referred to:

Oracle E-Business Suite Electronic Technical Reference Manual (eTRM), Release 12.1 and 12.2 (Doc ID 2736939.1)

Per this note, I downloaded patch  Patch 32405646. Now, I am trying to unzip it on my local hard drive. I am unzipping #4 or 6 and it says it is going to take more than a day to unzip.

Am I the only person frustrated with this? Has anyone else had this problem trying to unzip this patch?
