Oracle GL- Changing Calendar to 445

is there a workable solution to move an existiing calendar to 445, without creating a new ledger. Can we change the Accounting setup Ledger - future enterable periods to a low number to allow us to change the next year calendar to /from periods under a 445 calendar close? Currently, the Calendar is setup with 13 future enterable periods based on our ledger setups, if we change that to 6 for example, to allow for remaining current year Actual and Budget GL activity; could we change the 2022 year monthly dates to/from to fit a 445 period close.?
