Oracle apex - changing page authorization scheme on custom form

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC)

Hi, is it possible to change page authorization scheme ( or another page properties) on some custom build form . I need it for my aplication admin panel . I know which table is it but on cloud its forbidden to edit wwv tables of apex_200200 user. I tried to find API - package but cant find it.
