Forms encountered unexpected signal 11 when running vision operations 12.2.10

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm running an vision demo instance, which is setup from the VM appliance. When open a form, I have the signal 11 error. The attachments are FRD and frmweb dump file. Please help. Many thank!
