Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello everyone,

I am wondering if someone has experience of creating a user ID using B9801000.

I am trying to create user IDs from a UBE by calling this BSFN.

Are System User and system password required for the BSFN to run?
