Canadian ER portion of EI stopping before 2021 Max is reach

It has been noticed on some employees who are reaching the Max Employment Insurance (EI) gross that the employer portion (Tax Type CD) is stopping at the 2020 limit of 54200.00 instead of the 2021 limit of 56300.00. The employee portion is using the 2021 limit so we are wondering why this is happening.

Has anyone else seen this?
