Install IR Web Client from Workspace errors out

Hello,

I've installed/configured Hyperion 11.1.2.4 - I'm trying to install Interactive Reporting Web Client from Workspace and am getting this error from a pop up window. I'm an admin on this machine. I've search the forum but have not found this type of issues.. Any inputs are welcomed. Many thanks. CL
