HFM API load data success，but data not really load hfm，Has anyone know Why?

hfm version:11.1.2.4.206.5284

I have two HFM servers that use HFM API for data loading, but when it is loaded through HFMapp1, it is successful, and the data can be seen in HFM.

but when it is loaded through HFMapp2, it shows successful loading, but in fact the data is not loaded into the system. When I log in to HFM from the Web page and through the "Load Data" on the Web page, I can successfully load the data to HFM in HFMapp2.

The details are shown in the figure below,at HFMAPP02,"Description" is null,and status is completed,but in fact the data is not loaded into the system.
