False NID when approve requisition. The email is in the discard workflow box

Hi

When users approve by phone, sometimes the NID contains a Hypelink as below

NID[2273529/229148735864573176080687434482727242870078435@WFMAIL]

2273529 is recognized as a phone number and the email cannot be treated by the workflow

Any idea how to avoid this issue?
