Work Order BOM multilevel

We are involved in a migration from Navision to JDE E1 and Navision has the option to create a single Work order for a multilevel BOM having the possibility to define Routings per level and consume components or subassemblies automatically from a lower level to the next one automatically.

The option of using phantom items for the subassembly products does not allow to create routings and single level BOMs completions and automatic consumptions and forces to define the item as non-stock type 0 and in this case the company is also producing/selling spare parts for the subassemblies.

Is there or do you know any JDE Manufacturing feature or workaround allowing this multilevel BOM in a single Work order?
