Is anyone using the vacation buy/sell option. If so how is it working for you?
We are looking at using this functionality. From reading Peoplebooks it seems like it would work great if you only let your employees opt in before the first of the year before the annual accrual process is runs, it seems enrollments after that would be administratively burdensome. I wonder if anyone is using it or has used it and could tell me how it worked for them and if they allowed employees to opt in during the year.
