SBC alarm Temperature Sensor MAIN FAN TEMP

We are testing a HA solution and during the testing phase, several times we do consecutive HA failovers manually by command.

Occasionally it happens that at some point failover is not possible, because standby SBC has health-score of 0.

When we look at the alarms of the standby device we see that it is reporting on:

  • One or more CommMonitors are disconnected

and

  • Temperature Sensor MAIN FAN TEMP INT is at 325.240 degrees C, over critical threshold of 95.000

and resulting

We can clear the alarms manually, but health score never raises above 50. The only method to get it back to 100 is to reboot the device.

Howdy, Stranger!
