Best practice to transition from Base Benefit Leave Plans to Absence Managment.
We currently use Ben Admin to enroll employees in the Base Benefits leave plans. With the implementation of Absence Management we need to determine the best way to end the leave plan enrollments, inactivate the eligibility rules, event class and leave plans. Does anyone have any suggestions or best practice of how to handle this transition seamlessly?
We are on 9.2 and PUMs 36.
