How to Migrate from Filesystem to ASM for Dataguard Physical Standby

I have read

Steps To Migrate/Move a Database From Non-ASM to ASM And Vice-Versa [ID 252219.1].

I have a Physical DataGuard read-only Standby (not active DG) in Version 19.8.0.0.0 (19c) on Red Hat Linux 7.9. The data and temp files are in a filesystem.

I want to convert to ASM and know how to setup ASM diskgroups. ASM is already installed on the server and used by other databases.

Asking if the above Doc ID would apply or if there would be some extra steps or stumbling points trying to do with this DataGuard standby.
