Ship to end person

Hi,

R12.2.9

Quick question on order shipments. We receive orders from dealers but the product needs to be shipped to individual persons. We don't want to create all the persons as customer records. It wpuld skew customer base.

How is this process works in OM?

Is it we create them as person records with ship-to address and use it in OM ship-to.

Bill-to would be the dealer.
