In the process of Cloud Control 13.4 upgrading to 13.5,check for obsolete plug-ins failed,

It is recommended to exit the installer before undeploying the obsolete plug-ins.


Cloud Services Management (oracle.sysman.csm)

Microsoft Active Directory (oracle.em.smad)


And then I Undeploying Plug-Ins from Oracle Management Service but failed.

ERROR INFORMATION:

Server-side plug-in undeployment failed for plug-in oracle.sysman.csm:13.4.1.0.0:0 with the message Error occurred while deleting plug-in Oracle Home: Error: Plugin featureset deinstallation failed for oracle.sysman.csm.oms.plugin:13.4.1.0.0. Plug-in configuration for any dependent plug-ins (if any are chosen) will also be aborted. Contact Oracle Support
