Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is there a possibility that hierarchy position gets deleted before the purge age for any case?

I am having an issue where the items are missing within less than 30 days however the purge age is set to 35 days in the configuration
